Q. Are there any shipping charges for deliveries within India?
A. Shipping within India is completely free.

Q. How will I track my product once it is shipped?
A. You would receive an email with the airway bill number of the courier once it is shipped. You will be able to track with the respective courier.

Q. How do I know that my transaction has been successful?
A. You would receive an order confirmation via email with the corresponding order number for your future reference.

Q. Can your products be used by both Men and Women?
A. Yes, our products are unisex.

Q. Do you accept payment via Debit card?
A. Yes, we accept all major Debit cards.

Q. How do I return a product if I don’t like it?
A. JEBBEL will only accept returns/ replacement if the customer receives a damaged/ defective product. Please report the return to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Refund / Replacement of product/s is subject to inspection and checking by JEBBEL Team.
